As an experienced technology person, I found it very difficult to set this thing up using only the "mode" button on the top of the unit. Luckily, everything I needed to do to configure the system I could do using the free software from the CyberPower website.

July 13, 2021 Update: Great tech support experience...I contacted CyberPower tech support through their website and got a quick response via email. Thinking it may be a faulty battery, tech support suggested sending a replacement battery.
